Webflow Integration
You'll need a Webflow account with CMS access and will need to create an API token and set up a blog collection in your Webflow site.
Create a Blog Collection in Webflow
First, you need to set up a blog collection in your Webflow site:
Open your Webflow project in the Designer
Go toCMS → Collections
Click "Create New Collection" and name it "Blog Posts" or similar
Add these required fields:
Title (Plain text, required)
Slug (Plain text, required, use as slug)
Content (Rich text)
Featured Image (Image)
Published Date (Date/Time)
Summary (Plain text, optional)
Save the collection and publish your site
Generate API Token
You need to create an API token to allow AI Blog Generator to access your Webflow site:
Go to yourWebflow Account Settings
Navigate toIntegrations → API Access
Click "Generate API Token"
Name it "AI Blog Generator" and click "Generate Token"
Copy and save the API token (you won't see it again!)
Find Your Site ID
You need your Webflow Site ID to connect to your specific site:
Go to yourWebflow Dashboard
Click on your site to open it
Go toSite Settings → General
Look for "Site ID" in the site information section
Copy the Site ID (24-character string)
Find Your Collection ID
You need the Collection ID for your blog posts collection:
In Webflow Designer, go toCMS → Collections
Click on your Blog Posts collection
Click on the settings icon (⚙️) next to the collection name
The Collection ID will be displayed in the collection settings
Copy the Collection ID
Configure AI Blog Generator
In the Integrations page, enter your Webflow credentials:
Click "Test Connection" to verify everything is working correctly.

Save as draft for later publishing

Publish immediately to your live site
Content Fields
Articles are published with title, slug (auto-generated from title), content, featured image, and publish date. Make sure your collection has these fields set up.
SEO Optimization
Articles include SEO-friendly slugs and structured content that works well with Webflow's SEO features.
Images
Featured images will be uploaded to your Webflow site and properly linked to your blog posts. Webflow supports most common image formats.
Rich Text Content
Article content will be formatted as rich text with proper headings, paragraphs, lists, and links that display correctly in Webflow.

Authentication Failed

Check that the collection exists and is published
Ensure you have the right permissions to access the collection
Make sure the collection has the required fields set up
Publishing Failed
Check that all required fields are properly configured
Verify you haven't reached Webflow's CMS item limits
Ensure image files are in supported formats and sizes
Try publishing as draft first, then updating status
Content Not Displaying Correctly
Check your collection template design in Webflow
