• Payments are securely processed by Stripe.

• Invoices are issued by Billingo and sent to your email address.

• By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing in accordance with your chosen plan.

4. Generated Content

• You retain full ownership of the blog posts you generate using our Service.

• You may use the generated content for any purpose, including commercial use.

• We do not claim any rights over your content.

• You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations

• Generate or promote hate speech, violence, or harassment

• Spread false, misleading, or defamatory information

• Infringe on intellectual property or privacy rights

6. Service Availability

• Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Service and delete your account.

• All code, design, and branding-related assets are the property of Blogie AI.

• You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or exploit any part of the platform without express permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

The problem is confirmed to be our fault, not caused by external circumstances or user mistakes.
